Does my gift card expire?
No, ASICS gift cards never expire and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Can I use my gift card at an ASICS store?
Yes, ASICS gift cards can be used both online and in any of our ASICS retail stores.

What if my gift card doesn't cover my order total?
If the gift card doesn't cover the full purchase amount, you can complete your purchase with any major credit card or PayPal.

Can I use more than one gift card on an order?
Yes, you can use multiple gift cards on the same order.

Where can I find the gift card number and PIN?
For digital gift cards, both numbers are in the gift card email. For physical gift cards, both the gift card number and PIN are on the back of the card.

How can I check my balance on a gift card?

What happens if I return items purchased with a gift card?
If you made a purchase with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued with the refunded price. You should receive your new gift card within 2 hours after the gift card has been issued.

ASICS GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of ASICS gift cards (“Gift Cards”) from ASICS America Corporation (“ASICS”) in the United States (the “Territory”). Your purchase of a Gift Card(s) constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Gift Cards can be used to make purchases of ASICS apparel, accessories and footwear at retail locations operated by ASICS in the Territory and online at www.asics.com. To the extent the final transaction amount exceeds the Gift Card’s balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. Any unused balance following the completion of a transaction will remain on the Gift Card for future use. Customers can confirm their Gift Card balance at https://www.asics.com/us/en-us/checkbalance/.

Gift Cards will be issued in U.S. Dollars and can only be redeemed online at www.asics.com and at retail locations operated by ASICS in the Territory. Gift Cards cannot be returned, used to purchase other gift cards, or redeemed for cash (except as required by law). Gift Cards do not expire and there are no additional fees associated with the use of Gift Cards. ASICS is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards.

These Terms shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of California and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California. Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the purchase and/or redemption of a Gift Card shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to any interpretation or construction of these Terms, or any breach thereof, including any claim that these Terms are invalid, illegal or otherwise avoidable or void, will be submitted to final and binding arbitration in Orange County, California and judgement upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE GIFT CARD IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” ASICS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ASICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF A GIFT CARD.

ASICS reserves the right to make changes to these terms including, without limitation, goods eligible for purchase with Gift Cards, at any time without notice. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms or conditions.
